Free Vintage Clip Art - 1903 Bird Eggs Chromolithograph


 To better illustrate the difference between a handmade (time-consuming, expensive) chromolithograph and a machine made (mass production, cost-effective) offset chromolithograph like yesterday's post, here are two versions of the same bird egg artwork, above from the 1903 edition of a reference library, and below from the 1906 edition - what a difference three years can make!
