Free Vintage Photo - Studio Full Length Victorian Dress and Coat

Here are two more photos of my great grandmother on studio portrait day. The first one is terribly foxed so I did some repairs, mostly to her face. I LOVELOVELOVE the pretty boots and that wonderful winter hat and coat, don't you? Be sure to left click to get the full size 300dpi versions.

  1. Those eyes! Intense in a friendly way. And yes, her boots- just lovely. As she was. And BTW, why is it called 'foxing' ? Now I'll have to go look it up...! Nancy

  18. she is a beautiful lady with eyes that speak volumes. it is hard to look at the coat and dress as her eyes are so enchanting.
I love...love...love...the coat, the hat, the boots, and the beautiful dress...it would have been awesome if you had inherited her clothing and then had your picture taken and placed them side by side...that would be a priceless treasure
I think of you often and say a prayer for you.
do you happen to know what would cause my blog to not let me post??????? the new post widget or template comes up but then it is like it is frozen and will only let you type the title and nothing else...i have tried to get help from blogger but that is like being in the middle of the ocean with a bar of soap for your life raft.
