Free Vintage Photo - On the Porch

I found this photo in a pile of old photos at an antique store, and it made me smile. It looks like grandma and grandpa are having the perfect morning relaxing on the porch - grandma with her ball of yarn and grandpa with the newspaper. The porch is surrounded by rolled up blinds to diffuse the afternoon sun, and in the background a wooden path leads up the hill where they go for their evening walk.

  1. THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS AWESOME PICTURE.
ALL THE TEXTURES...HER DRESS, THE FRINGE ON THE TABLECLOTH, THE STRINGS HANGING FROM THE SHADES....DID YOU NOTICE THE PLANKS OF THE BOARDS IN FRONT OF THEM WERE PLACED A DIFFERENT DIRECTION FROM THE OTHER PLANKS...I THOUGHT THAT WAS INTERESTING AND TO HAVE THE STEPS GOING UP THE HILL.....LOVE LOOKING AT ALL THE LITTLE DETAILS WITH THE PICTURE BLOWN UP.
    THANK YOU

  7. This will make a wonderful addition to the clippings I'm saving for making an altered book about porches.

They look happy and contented, don't they?
